JOIN OUR FOUNDATION COURSE

The foundation course takes place over one weekend and forms the foundation for your start with us.
It consists of two sessions of 3 hours each.

The foundation course teaches you all important movements.
​
We pay attention to execution and technique to make your movement patterns as efficent and safe as possible and show you how to scale them to your own level of fitness.

The foundation course includes an additional training week that is free of charge and gives you the possibility to attend our regular classes right away.
New foundation courses: every 6 to 8 weeks.
Classes take place on one weekend:
Saturday (1-4pm) and Sunday (1-4pm).
