CrossFit
CrossFit is a versatile strength and conditioning program based on functional movements – exercises you know from everyday life, like lifting, carrying, or running.
The training combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and endurance – using barbells, bodyweight, or equipment like rowing machines.
Every session is different, but always coach-led and structured: warm-up, technique or strength work, followed by the Workout of the Day (WOD).
You’ll train in a group setting with lots of motivation and team spirit.
All exercises are scaled to your individual level – whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete.
CrossFit is for everyone who wants to move through life fitter, stronger, and healthier.
Note: To join this class, you’ll need to have either completed our Foundation Course or have at least 2 months of experience in an official CrossFit affiliate.
Participation requires a CrossFit membership.

Weightlifting
In our Weightlifting class, it’s all about Olympic lifting – focusing on the two main lifts: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.
Want to improve your technique and get stronger?
Then this is the right place for you.
This class is the perfect complement to your CrossFit training – with a strong focus on precision and getting more weight on the bar.
Note: To join this class, you’ll need to have either completed our Fundamentals Course or have at least 2 months of experience at an official CrossFit affiliate.
Participation requires a CrossFit membership.



Gymnastics
In our Gymnastics class, we train all the bodyweight skills you know from CrossFit – like Toes to Bar, Pull-ups, Handstands, Muscle-ups, and more.
It’s all about technique, control, and efficiency.
Perfect if you want to focus on skill development and see real progress.
Note: To join this class, you’ll need to have either completed our Fundamentals Course or have at least 2 months of experience at an official CrossFit affiliate.
Participation requires a CrossFit membership.
Hyrox
HYROX combines functional training with more running than traditional CrossFit.
Typical movements include rowing, sled pushes, lunges, wall balls, and more – all combined with running intervals.
Our HYROX classes focus on endurance, muscular stamina, and efficient movement patterns.
They’re ideal if you’re preparing for a HYROX event – or simply want to take your overall fitness to the next level.
The best part: No fundamentals course or prior experience required – this class is open to all fitness levels.
And: All of our classes will help get you HYROX-ready – these specific HYROX sessions just offer more targeted preparation.
This class is included in both the CrossFit and Move memberships.


Bootcamp
Our Bootcamp is similar to CrossFit – featuring functional movements and varied workouts, mostly using your own bodyweight.
We incorporate tools like kettlebells, dumbbells, and medicine balls, but intentionally skip the barbell.
The focus is on longer endurance sessions and building a solid aerobic foundation.
Perfect for beginners: No prior experience needed – the Bootcamp is open to all fitness levels and is a great way to get started with functional training.
This class is included in both the CrossFit and Move memberships.
Functional Training
(coming January 26)
In our functional training we focus on powerful, functional movements that make you stronger and fitter.
You train strength and complete a workout of the day – without any complex or technically demanding exercises like in CrossFit.
Functional training is ideal for anyone with no prior knowledge and is therefore an easy introduction to functional training.
Participation is possible with a “CrossFit” or “Move” subscription.


Nutrition Coaching
12-Week Nutrition Transformation

Our proven Nutrition Challenge is available in two formats – individual or group:

Individual (CHF 420): Personal coaching with a flexible start date, one-on-one check-ins, and ongoing support.

Group (CHF 390): Fixed start (twice per year), individual plan, and added motivation through WhatsApp group support.

Functional Movement Screening
Move Better. Train Smarter.
In a 20-minute first screening, we analyze your movement patterns to identify weaknesses or imbalances. Based on the results, you’ll receive a personalized 6-week training plan tailored to your specific needs.
After six weeks, we conduct a follow-up screening and adjust your plan to keep your progress going.
Cost: CHF 190
(includes initial & follow-up screening + 6-week plan)
