CrossFit is my passion! Why? Because fun, friends & community, hard work without being boring are coming together and it makes me feel good, fit and healthy. And I love helping others feel the same way. So, with being a box owner and coach I can combine all these things! My favorite movement? Deadlifts!
Besides my mobility, I wasn’t born with a lot of athletic talent. Until around 8 years ago, the term “workout” wasn’t even in my vocabulary. Fortunately, the CrossFit bug got me sooner or later and now I am more than happy to share my passion for CrossFit with newbies as well as experienced CrossFitters.
The passion for sport and competition is part of the family; so I started international competition sailing at the age of 10. Sport or rather CrossFit fascinates me not only because of my physical fitness, but also because of the many additional positive aspects: the psychological balance, the bond with others and the possibility to become a better self.

CrossFit changed my life in 2014 and the thing I love most about it, are all the stories behind every athlete, coach and owner. Mine? I played competitive Badminton for many years, used to run long distances and played more or less serious Golf. Intensity, focus, coordination and a lot of passion for sport and nutrition – that's also what I bring to Crossfit Limmatstadt!
Pretty much all of my life I was convinced that I was born as "unathletic couch potato" and this thing called sport just wasn’t for me. Today, I’m stronger than ever – not only physically but especially mentally. To me the community spirit and its support make CrossFit so unique and are exactly what I want to give back as a coach.
Sport is my passion. I like to meet sports challenges and share my experiences. Crossfit is a perfect basis for all my goals in Sport combined with fun and lots of variation. My strengths are stamina and endurance. My favorite workout: everything in a team or group.

After playing many different sports like tennis, rugby and doing gymnastics, CrossFit arrived to my life. I fell in love with the new challenges and the community that comes with it. I always wanted to motivate others to be the best they can be, and now doing it through CrossFit. Favorites are handstand-walk and deadlifts. My motto is: Keep smiling, good things take time.

HOW TO START
The foundation course lasts two weeks and forms the basis for your start with us.
It consists of 3 classes that last 90 minutes each week.
The foundation course teaches you all important movements.
We pay attention to execution and technique to make your movement patterns as efficent and safe as possible and show you how to scale them to your own level of fitness.
The foundation course includes an additional training week that is free of charge and gives you the possibility to attend our regular classes right away.
New foundation courses start every month.
Classes take place every Monday and Wednesday evening (6.30pm - 8pm) and Saturday morning (9.30am - 11am).
