Bootcamp is similar to CrossFit as the training also works with functional bodyweight movements and equipment like Kettlebells and Dumbells.
However, in our Bootcamp classes we do not use the barbell. Bootcamp workouts focus on longer metabolic conditioning including strength training which will guarantee a proper and whole body sweat session.
In addition, over lunch we offer a 45 minute bootcamp for everyone who needs to be back at work quickly. All other bootcamp classes also last a full hour.
